Rules of Procedure

The Telders International Law Moot Court Competition is governed by the International Rules of Procedure . The Rules contain vital information concerning the writing of Memorials, the Oral Rounds, the appointment of an International Board of Review, and should be read carefully by all those interested in taking part in the Competition.

In case of registration of more than one team from the same country a National Pre-Selection Round is necessary, because a country can only be represented by one team.

The National Pre-Selection Rounds usually take place in March each year. The procedures concerning the National Pre-Selection Round are governed by the National Rules of Procedure in combination with the International Rules of Procedure.

The Time Schedule applicable to the current year is posted on the website.
