October 2010: Mailing of the Case and enclosures                                     

Monday 15 November 2010: Deadline for application for participation by Universities (typewritten,by e-mail or by fax)

Friday 19 November 2010:Confirmation of participation by the Telders Organizing Office

Monday 1 December 2010:

• Deadline for the receipt by the Telders Organizing Office of the NOC registration forms;
• Deadline for receipt of the Requests for Clarifications of the Case
• Deadline for receipt of the names of the team members

Friday 10 December 2010: Mailing to the Teams of the Clarifications to the Case

Monday 17 January 2011: Deadline for mailing the Memorials (also Acrobat electronic version) to the Telders Organizing Office and to the National Organizing Commissions in case of National Pre-Selection Rounds

Friday 21 January 2011: Deadline for receipt by the Telders Organizing Office of the names of members of the International Board of Review

Friday 18 February 2011:

• Deadline for receipt by the TOO of the team information form for teams not enrolled in a national pre-selection round
• Deadline for receipt by the TOO of the participation fee for the teams not enrolled in a national pre-selection round

Monday 28 February - Monday 7 March 2011: Time reserved for National Pre-Selection Rounds

Monday 21 March 2011: Deadline for receipt by the TOO of the participation fee for the winning teams in a national pre-selection round

Monday 21 March 2011: Deadline for receipt by the TOO of the team information form for the winners of the national rounds

Monday 28 March -  Friday 1 April 2011: Mailing to the Teams of the Opponents Memorials by the Telders Organizing Office

Wednesday 27 April 2011: Arrival of the Teams in The Hague; briefing and Welcome Reception

Thursday 28, Friday 29 April 2011:  Semi-Finals at the Peace Palace
